Redcape is hosted in our dedicated data centre based in London, UK by Datapipe. Our sofware runs on Windows Server 2008 servers behind secure Cisco firewalls. RedCape uses the latest Microsoft Dot Net technologies combined with the flexibility of MySql database.
All your data is backed up regularly so you can be sure that your information won't be lost. We backup all your data every 4 hours and take a secure copy offsite every 24 hours. All data is then kept for 6 months in our secure offsite backup datacentre.
